Short description of you and your professional experience
“I have a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Trondheim Business school and a specialization in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School where I took a Master of science in Marketing Communications Management. Before joining Conaxess Trade I worked five years for a wine distributor where I learned about the importance of evaluating and utilizing the full value chain, when analyzing, planning and executing product launches.”
Describe your area of responsibility at Conaxess Trade and main task in the department?
“I recently changed roles and moved from being a Brand Manager to the sales department as a Category Manager. One of my main responsibilities is to secure a fact-based approach on consumer and customer insight in the sales department in order to increase the impact of the initiatives we bring alive together with our customers.
Another key aspect of the role is to facilitate flow of information from marketing to sales and create a value-based category approach to our customers.”
What has been the best so far in your employment?
“I’ve been lucky to work with several of our strong confectionery brands over the last five years as a Brand Manager. Now I get the chance to meet more and more of passionate brand owners across categories, as well as working closely together with our Key account team with all our customers.”
What do you value the most about your position?
“The possibility to impact decision making processes with a fact-based approach. I also like to be the link between the marketing- and sales department as I get the chance to work closely with all my collages and create good business cases tailored specifically for each customer.”

“Having a fact-based approach and providing the category perspective on how to generate value for our customers and brand owners.”
